「冇夢想，同條咸魚有乜分別?」韓國和日本是不少香港年輕人尋夢的國度，節目藉著介紹當地特式民宿、酒店和居住文化，配以舞蹈做骨幹，帶出人生要「Live with dream」的主題!

三位主持分飾背景跟舞蹈有關的年輕人，以他們到日、韓兩地以舞尋夢的故事，隨著故事發展，各人將體驗兩地特色的民宿、酒店、民居、大學宿舍……等等。包括入住特色磨菇型小屋、韓星G-Dragon親自主理的民宿、特色韓屋街、藝術展覽室與民宿的結合體、嚴禁男性的女性專用民宿、特色遊艇民宿等。
