《秘密花園》（韓語：시크릿 가든，英語：Secret Garden），是SBS自2010年11月13日起播出的週末特別計劃劇，由《戀人系列》、《On Air》、《City Hall》導演申宇哲和編劇金銀淑合作打造。在現實世界展開，但劇情中穿插靈魂交換的奇幻現象，劇中主人公金祖沅與吉蘿琳的愛情發展為貫穿劇集的主線。
