每集開始會以一段短劇帶出每集主題，而每集主持都會譤請1-2位與該集主題相關的名人嘉賓來討論，透過交談，分享他們的人生經歷，與觀眾探討各人身邊總一隻喺身邊的「衰鬼」故事。
