清貧家庭出身的少女徐春 (高我星飾) 與富家子韓仁尚 (李準飾) 未婚懷孕。年僅18歲的二人雖然身份懸殊，但雙方父母為了好好處理事情，唯有讓女方嫁入豪門。在貧窮家庭與財閥世家的價值觀衝撞之下，引發起一連串矛盾和混亂的狀況。
由著名編導拍檔安畔錫導演和鄭成珠作家第5度合作，劇集在韓國播放時，憑著破格的題材和緊湊的劇情而人氣高企，更在「第51屆百想藝術大賞」中贏得「電視劇作品獎」，高我星亦取得「女子新人演技獎」。
