做法:

& }8 Q* Y+ C' X6 H! Y4. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油,放入雞肉翻炒片刻,放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會,然後以少許粟粉水勾芡,盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。

1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.

3. Steam the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove from steamer, mash the potatoes while still hot.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 a+ P' W0 d0 [$ }
Add seasoning for mashed potatoes, stir and mix well. Steam further. Scoop into balls, andtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# F! Z: d. |+ y! ?
arrange on a plate.

Dish up and pour gravy over the mashed potatoes.
