1. 雞翅膀洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入醃料拌勻,放置醃2小時。

1. Wash the chicken wings and drain well. Coat them with marinade, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
: I* J1 ^# Q" A; V, B$ m2. Skewer one chicken wing on each skewer. Dip in beaten egg, roll incorn flour. Deep fry them in pre-heated oil over high heat, untilgolden,fragrant, crispy and cooked. Dish up, drain well and serve hot.
