蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

& Y) c- n: s# p1 q6 Z4 a+ B奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

做法:

1 tsp butter, 1 tsp self-raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pepper to taste,salt to taste
