2. 鑊裡燒熱油,把排骨炸至金黃色熟透,撈起,瀝乾備用。公仔箱論壇0 I3 P  P$ l0 c2 \! D0 t( m
3. 燒熱4大匙的清油、慢火炒香紅辣椒、指天辣、蒜茸,再把混合調味料加入兜炒均勻後,注入200毫升清水,- V' h  x0 b8 p$ v2 @1 Q0 P/ Q0 {
加入排骨,灑上大蔥、青蔥翻炒,即可上桌。

MARINADE

1 egg (beaten)1 tsp curry powder1 tbsp rice flour1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

* i4 N$ |: F+ j% {9 `1 k# s0 Atvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1. Rinse the spare ribs, cut into 2 inches length pieces and season with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
3 ~" ]$ ^2 u3 Y% W公仔箱論壇2. Heat up oil to deep-fry the marinated spare ribs until golden brown. Dish up and drain well. Keep aside.
: g3 R% i) K4 D4 e3. Heat up 4 tbsp oil to saute chopped red chillies, bird's eyechillies, garlic over low heat till fragrant. Add in seasoning mixture,stir-fry until well combined. Pour in 200ml water, add in prefriedribs, onion and spring onion sectionals, stir-fry for a while. Removefrom heat. Serve hot.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& k# i5 v5 s! N3 k7 L7 v
