1. Rinse the spare ribs, cut into 2 inches length pieces and season with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.0 q5 r( Q8 G; N, T

Heat up 4 tbsp oil to saute chopped red chillies, bird's eyechillies, garlic over low heat till fragrant. Add in seasoning mixture,stir-fry until well combined.
