加入排骨,灑上大蔥、青蔥翻炒,即可上桌。

SEASONING (mix well)

3 E. A: t( d9 k! ]4 Y0 T1 tbsp oyster sauce1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate2/3 tsp salt2 tsp sugar8 z. P' _; h% j

1 egg (beaten)1 tsp curry powder1 tbsp rice flour1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

+ R* L' g) Y: f" Y1 [5 v! d. r% t& W. \1. Rinse the spare ribs, cut into 2 inches length pieces and season with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
; d. V7 L( B$ G! T2. Heat up oil to deep-fry the marinated spare ribs until golden brown. Dish up and drain well. Keep aside.
* X. L3 r1 r+ o+ h$ {- I: etvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3. Heat up 4 tbsp oil to saute chopped red chillies, bird's eyechillies, garlic over low heat till fragrant. Add in seasoning mixture,stir-fry until well combined. Pour in 200ml water, add in prefriedribs, onion and spring onion sectionals, stir-fry for a while. Removefrom heat. Serve hot.
