I think it's the problem of xunlei.
I am a platinum VIP of xunlei but I still experience the same problem with you although I was using high speed channel and off-line download mode simultaneously.

bt depend on no. of seeder, more people seed mean you would have higher speed. If no people seed no matter what downloader you use also no progression.
