嗰编剧无常识，就算心脏喺与正常位置有偏差，但喺子弹嘅威力喺花生咁上下打入去，碗口咁大出返嚟，况且仲喺咁紧距离开枪，无理由唔死嘅...

Without  emergent management, she would die from suffocation.
