It seems that even in chilly weather, there are lots of interesting ways to see and experience Munich and its culture. ' w% J/ b+ ^  T9 F0 y4 x- y
I visited Munich a few years ago in the summer, and indeed, it is a lively place no matter what time of year. There are plenty of interesting indoor attractions besides museums and churches.
