rmvb file: video and audio don't sync

I have some specific rmvb files which video and audio don't sync right after couple minutes of the video or fast forward (I used the slider to fast forward)
I tried so many ways, like install latest codec, latest real player, any other players...  etc, but still didn't solve the problem.
I tried other rmvb files already and the video and audio sync without problems.

anyone can help please?

IDK, but I think u can try to install Div X player. It supports more codecs than real player does, which as some AVI formats, so try it.
