您所在的用戶組無法下載或查看附件, why do i have this message, i want to download something but i cant, pls help

becoz you're "原始人"
you need to have at least 50分 or more公仔箱論壇( @) U% G% W4 u
then you can 下載或查看附件,

i too have that problem i want to download game but it wont let me i got 65 points y ???
