Help!!!!

My BT was older 1.03 version ,if i want update to 1.07,' M2 S, J9 g% p9 m9 L' P. t3 Q
i need uninstall before install a new version??

Nah, I don't think you need to uninstall. You just need to upgrade. It normally asks if you want to upgrade to the new version when you open Bitcommit.
