Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s 公仔箱論壇1 x& m5 H- \" A4 l4 ?
however, there is some problem with thunder公仔箱論壇. |1 Q  M/ b2 C, ?- c$ p! n
for BT5.39.217.77/ b2 ]* ~; u% w: `8 Z
its downloading and uploading the file to else) @) V+ Y- v7 y; p& e
but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder user8 |/ c/ q* L: Z3 Q
so that even though u download very fast,: r1 F) |, T2 r& \% ^
but u dont share and upload at the same tiime,
