I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& V( C1 K- [2 U2 O1 A$ ~
however, there is some problem with thunder

its downloading and uploading the file to else6 R5 e+ y! D& d: l' [
but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder user- Q; C) N; b9 ?2 ?; `2 _5 w* e
so that even though u download very fast,
