BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
+ d. V, F" w6 G' M! v$ H公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.$ p& I4 f; G7 t1 P. D1 U0 S/ V" q- r6 X
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.773 C) U7 J" V" ~7 U8 t! C% c
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ' d+ E' E  {3 R9 O6 j, J6 \
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ B  B# C$ O; }3 Y
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
