BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，0 l% m) u/ B! @. ^) O; ]
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?2 g. h* i' o% P$ K* N0 ~  ]  n# a
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

I'm currently having the same problem.
  X: i1 l3 ]8 L( d! j$ L" Ntvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇/ t7 @( k' o  n. s7 V

2 w; F+ W. E' b  @, ^, [tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
