BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
+ Q0 N! w& }3 v6 b" ^5.39.217.771) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇$ _: v# ]$ l; k! U' o
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇% D4 {' T% ~7 Q# j5 Z0 Q/ N
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

- L& B; k( e$ H) u( j  k3 r3 JUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- Q) D' }0 q; E' h. f) `1 N% C2 v( E

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
