BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇! ~2 G1 O! d7 p  t0 N. D
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.* e  z1 G1 B; W+ x* M
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77: `5 }3 I# p" p3 G7 T. @4 e

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& K% Z  K" G' `, h, b6 K, m
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
