BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 f: |- u8 Y6 O8 }) T, E
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?4 H1 ~/ S1 I8 a- u" G

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
" U. ~9 u1 r* k$ u公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.) |6 ?. _$ d/ j3 _
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 j& ^2 `: N3 D8 a: c% [" t
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
$ T' d0 a, Z* U8 x3 }+ w# S) J% bI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. / U' r, b# y6 G3 H) C# _" J6 ?
  e4 r: s* x7 [% L, a( a7 L
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
