BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ J1 t' e. u' N% O6 q8 e0 R9 l; ~
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.778 h5 c4 W! P% P) M% _9 C
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
/ k6 F6 |; q  Y1 h2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
% w4 k8 ~3 l5 {" y. x; w3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.9 |2 C. c  j5 D- Y$ \/ R" D. I- p6 \# S
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! L/ ]" h3 `& n' N2 J7 }+ u& u
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.771 X2 ]& _: O! L3 ~( |
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% H% e8 S2 B# O( Y: A
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
