BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，! R" `$ O4 a# `
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
6 j  n, t( O1 M8 {. s# v. C1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.77( v4 I7 n7 o- X  y

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
) T5 z4 o  s  A6 r$ itvb now,tvbnow,bttvb
, G- X$ J4 D+ r4 f& _+ qTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
