In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download9 V$ x! B) C; \$ n' L* K
Vienna, Austria got 200+

KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+

waliao, hong kong so fast....try 2 get harddisk wif bigger buffer size. This can reduce the writting and reading on hdd.
