Many months ago, the bt speed is also like now, it happened for about 1 months. 3 m" }# H) ?, _- ^* Y$ @5 o# otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 ^) H! X) W) V5 j* W; @2 ? @
I still remember during that time I totally stop bt and using http to dl.....

the reason is tmnut block p2p : k+ ]. {# r& ^ Cif u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me 5.39.217.77- a, j0 U$ b7 p4 k% m4 `
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
