the reason is tmnut block p2p ; a; N$ `; ]7 @1 Dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbif u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me 7 l$ }9 z6 d7 m' R9 ~
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
