the reason is tmnut block p2p / q3 f/ ]2 v/ v s. h9 ?5.39.217.77if u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me 8 B. J+ I) @* ^( b9 _6 [% h" K
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
