Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: Q+ b/ n7 j$ u! ~- v' x% L. l
The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!5.39.217.77' }! }/ p4 c/ a9 \0 O5 Y
