nero vision ...... help please

i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............. l2 o# z2 }. k6 W1 @0 F3 u
just cannot add, why ?% p! l9 A% ]' y8 C/ m- N
can someone help please 3 W6 y1 U: Q. ^
