Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.公仔箱論壇( k0 d: Y" p7 ]3 X' _+ P
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.( B  h2 @- H$ E3 o  b
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
% h- E, Q3 |' a) w公仔箱論壇Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2 r5 `( O. e* r! R% k) Htvb now,tvbnow,bttvbtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% S" O6 g. U% G- h9 R
1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)公仔箱論壇+ j( o* a- o- m2 N# H
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
% C1 v. ]5 d. @( I5.39.217.773.) Utilize a previous recovery point3 y# ^4 W4 ]* m2 Z5 e
4.) Wipe computer
