Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
$ L( e+ P( H" n/ N( w, v, s7 nTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.
! Q- e  ]4 o* H5 A! p. bTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
  p6 C: v/ |3 O4 \, A0 |6 O/ J2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software5.39.217.778 m2 M5 j; o0 q! a+ n9 u' W: G
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
6 {6 {5 w3 i0 {( _+ Qtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4.) Wipe computer
