Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

/ f) `8 F/ H3 bTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
1 p' i3 V% U% s2 S: i; Itvb now,tvbnow,bttvbIt can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
* b1 D% W. Q5 r5 T5.39.217.77Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

Try these steps (in order)

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)公仔箱論壇8 d2 S5 h! o& k: {
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
! C2 ?4 I& _) y1 l1 h5 x) U6 D5.39.217.773.) Utilize a previous recovery point
% B2 N' O: m4 f1 D( K2 [+ }) ]5.39.217.774.) Wipe computer
