Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.5 S7 N% i, Y, C% c0 v1 E
Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. }  @& m  Y) G0 ?- V
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)5.39.217.77  H' K! F, c0 k0 {5 w5 u; s) G
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software

4.) Wipe computer
