Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
( E" S2 i. x0 x, B1 o5 n7 D" k3 ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvbAnyone have suggestion?????

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????
