BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。; ~+ L3 P; A! b. r* J% P; r) W0 ^
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
