BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ i. \. q8 y6 ?' R$ F
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
