BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...
) A) d- M: d3 [, n+ ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbalso speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!
