就聽到一聲歇斯底里的大喊：「我實在受不了啦！」只見一名匈牙利青年一仰脖子喝光了杯中酒，1 h2 F- \. {% I. B
掏出手槍朝自己太陽穴扣動扳機「砰」的一聲就倒在血泊裡。

一名女警察對此案進行調查，但費盡九牛二虎之力，也查不出這青年為什麼要自殺。

無獨有偶。美國紐約市一位開朗活潑的女打字員與人閒聊時，聽說《黑色的星期天》如何使人傷感，便好奇地借了這首樂曲的唱片回家聽。

關於作曲家本人創作曲子的動機，連精神分析家和心理學家也無法提出圓滿的解釋。

The original song was written in 1933 by two Hungarians, Rezso Seress (music)
and Laszlo Javor (lyrics), and consisted of the first two stanza ) Z" K4 k$ E% m0 y% f0 ?2 [

Actually, the second part of the song in Hungarian is not so reassuring at all.
It is if at all possible, much gloomier than the first two stanzas, almost apocalyptic. . C# k# F/ l6 V' T/ P; s( ~
It looks like the pessimism of the song was too much for the translators and they made their translation a happier one.
In that case one might argue that the translator has done a bad job
and 'ruined' the song, or in other words: a translator has to maintain the original spirit
and intentions of the song. On the other hand, 5.39.217.77* i% X7 z' |# Q3 o
a translator may also be more than just a translator and based on the original create a new song.

It seems to refer to the horrors of a war at the end.

I don't think it was ruined at all. We are a very pessimistic people, tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' Z9 [& U" Q8 f& V) m8 ~) t
so maybe it was good after all that it was not made popular in its original form.

The war Zoe mentions could be the First World War, as the song originates from the 1930s. # |' O' `1 o3 K7 A; O6 M
But since the second part of the song is even more gloomy than the first part, + U1 c: h+ f' ~7 Y7 R6 z
the second part may have been added after the Second World War.

Someone said that:
I like this song very much! It is a little jazzy, and Sarah's singing and the music create the right mood for the song. 1 `5 v  F2 J- u
One thing is very strange, though. The mood changes between the second and the third stanza, * {( m7 c) l1 A+ L3 }0 Y! m1 O
because she wakes up and realises that the gloomy first two stanzas were nothing but a dream and the third stanza is then more chearful.

I would have expected the change in mood between stanzas two and three to be build up a little more gradually,
in five to ten seconds or so. After all, waking up and realising that it was a dream takes time.
Hazan suggested that the last stanza could still be part of the dream: the singer has lost her lover,
continues her mourning in her dream, and as a reaction to the pain wishes it was all but a dream:
"I find you asleep in the deep of my heart", not next to her in bed.
I do not think this is what is meant here. The change of mood, the use of the words TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。( O& j/ `7 H) V- J+ e- o# R7 ^
"I was only dreaming / I wake" and also the lines "I hope / : S# m8 j7 L. [. x2 \
