When you go to interview, I think this question is really hard to reply.

Why you left your job ? The good answer is :

1. Because I want to get more challenge for my job and further develop for my field.

2. Because I think I found your company is growing very fast and I think my skill and working experience can benefit your group.

Do you have any other good idea ? Would you please give me more idea too

I know "craiglist" is good but I want to find oakland area. Monster , career builder all are agency , I have send resume to them but no feedback. Do you have any good idea to find accounting jobs in oakland ? thanks your help
