METHOD

2. Heat up oil to deep-fry the marinated spare ribs until golden brown. Dish up and drain well. Keep aside.5 F$ n: s, R0 D, [+ i$ P
3. Heat up 4 tbsp oil to saute chopped red chillies, bird's eyechillies, garlic over low heat till fragrant. Add in seasoning mixture,stir-fry until well combined.
