[疑難排除] HELP! VBS/autorun.DZ ， 描述： Help!!!

i knew my laptop have the virus,but trend micro couldnt not detect the virus,so i uninstalled it and i downloaded and installed Avira.It keep pop up and show the detection of the virus : VBS/autorun.DZ.
No matter how many times i removed it,it still appeared. and after i restart my computer ever since, one window will pop out and state 'error occur coz the C:USer/app data/..autorun.dz VBS... cannot be read' (something like that la, if not mistaken)

what should i do now? and is there anyway to remove the virus permanently?

my system running 64-bit ,and can this application apply still?

cant detect the autorun,but the autorun virus reminder of avira pop out only..
about the autorun.dz,should i just leave it in quarantine or straight away delete it?

Better delete it,  reminder of avira pop out means virus still exist
