Plus where Kenneth comes from (Edmondton) they speak English not French. >.> Majority of Canada speaks English.

Yes, perhaps his English is not that good but this is after all a HK Chinese TV show, not an English show. People don't pick on whites or Indians in these TVB  shows who speak Cantonese and with a bit of accent, why pick on Chinese who cannot speak perfect English?
