[IQ題] why?

J sms D to wish him happy birthday. D sms back J and said angpow 400. next day J gave D angpow but inside only 100. why 100?

angpow 400 = angpow for hundred = give 100 inside the angpow

angpow 4 hundred, if u mistaken 4 as for u still dun get 100 u will get 00 instead
