File only download 99.8%!!!NEED HELP!

I got this problem...the file only download to 99.8%, and it stops!!Please help me!!and the bt torrent starting not to download as fast anymore...and it stops very often...and only up to 99.8%, please help desperately !

3 D# u4 T, b$ N) \; l# h- l5.39.217.77然後，到你的下載目錄中，找到這個檔，這是，你看到你的電影後面有“.td”，和“.td.cfg”這兩個檔,你可以放心的將尾碼為“.td.cfg”的檔刪除TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。; C8 n9 a4 K' G% t& v
然後將另一個“.td”的這個檔，就是你的電影檔啦，可以將“.td”這個尾碼去掉之後方可觀看此電影
