以我所知,可能是蔡少芬和TVB有約在身,據聞好多藝人同TVB的約訂明,在香港以外所拍的劇集,若在香港的非TVB播出,都不能原聲播出,所以要另外配音.

This is the same case as those singers do !  They can show up in Cable TV but they need to speak their bad mandarin as well !  Understand ?  TVB really no good !
