Download did not run...........ergent!!s.o.s

i have download a lot of file,but suddenly  two of the file did not run anymore.There stop at 2.64GB but the file is actually 3.41GB. Upload is no problem.5.39.217.77: V- l/ @% |1 p/ W! P; Z8 c8 z$ N
Can anyone help...anyone have experience?????Please!

how big is your hard drive?
