[Windows] 如何防止或破解网络被限速，迅雷被封杀？

各位大哥，美女，请问有没有方法可以防止或破解网络被限速，以及迅雷被封杀？

我之前也用迅雷不过下载速度不理想，才改用BitComet，不过要注册他才释放比较好的下载速度。。。。。不明白的话去FB问我（ＡＬＥＸ　ＳＹＬ）

网络被限速?电信部门已在路由器端设好策略，破解不了的!
迅雷被封杀？应该不会，只是电驴上有反迅雷吸血的模块，你要用对应的下载软件就可以了！

如果是PPPOE和交换机联动模式限制网络速度没有办法(大ISP常用).如果是前端流控设备限制速度的话可以找些不怎么知名的P2P软件来突破.

Try with BJVPN. I'm using 4MB Streamyx at Malaysia here now. Before i apply the BJVPN, i'm using Thunder and became a member. The speed became back for me cause i'm using "li xian xia zai". But, sometimes can reached 450KBPS and sometimes just 100KBPS. So, got a friend intro me BJVPN. Now my speed maintain 450KBPS even until 500KBPS. 1 day of my download reach aropund 30GB. It is very nice. But, it is very depends on the location and the BJVPN server country selected. If any1 got interested with this, can contact me ooo... I'll give you the details information of how to do this all. Thank you very much and hopes this helps everybody - DOWNLOADER...Wuhahahah...
