辭職前你們會不會找业司談談先?

大家在找工前會不會同自己的上司談談先?
如人工, 如職位等等, 公司給唔到自己想要的才再開工找工?
我通常是找到工後才辭職的, 而常常上司的第一句一定是說點解唔同他談談先.....

depends if the current job can really offer what you get in the new job.  if it doesn't there is no point of taking to your boss first.  
also depends if you're close with your current boss, and why didn't you mention the things you're looking forward to during annual performance reviews.

I keep on communicating my goals & desires with boss,
so he/she would try to get you something, if he/she appreciate your effort.

For some, they just wanna get notified in advance,
for their needs of arranging manpower, to show things under control :)

is very hard to do so....
in your stand point, you need to protect yourself; in your boss stand point, he/she need to protect himself/herself also..
so how to say so?

i think it is the best way to find the job before you resign
as u will have the power to negotiate with the boss
