[甜品] 沙翁

材料: ! s* h- f( t1 M0 M. T
低筋麵粉半斤,雞蛋四個,白糖四兩

製法: tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* x  R6 P9 }8 x* m4 ]
1.用四兩開水將半斤麵粉燙熟,將四個雞蛋一一加入拌勻(即加一個攪拌後加第二個)5.39.217.77! \8 e" p6 p( M1 X  b& Q
2.將鍋之炸油燒沸,然後把麵粉蛋糊擠成丸子狀一匙匙放入鍋中,用溫火炸熟4 N+ n; x/ o; Z8 \& c- ~
3.另一鍋中燒半鍋滾水,將炸好之沙翁球投入滾中浸一下立即撈出
, u  b0 H! K: M4.盤入放好白糖,將沙翁盤上搖滾,使其沾滿白糖後,即可食用
