[甜品] 沙翁

材料:
4 D0 k3 y6 T. L5 `# U, G公仔箱論壇低筋麵粉半斤,雞蛋四個,白糖四兩5.39.217.77, o& y$ u1 z) A+ H- H4 V

1 R9 c6 j& C- w$ ^/ x4 w1.用四兩開水將半斤麵粉燙熟,將四個雞蛋一一加入拌勻(即加一個攪拌後加第二個)
+ V6 B- B6 m! X6 _5 n/ F5.39.217.772.將鍋之炸油燒沸,然後把麵粉蛋糊擠成丸子狀一匙匙放入鍋中,用溫火炸熟. D5 \1 F( z! f+ N3 ?1 w
3.另一鍋中燒半鍋滾水,將炸好之沙翁球投入滾中浸一下立即撈出公仔箱論壇3 w( D, a5 S2 I, B
4.盤入放好白糖,將沙翁盤上搖滾,使其沾滿白糖後,即可食用
