u torrent 1.7.2 help

now i download a torent till 99.9%.than it stop ( V1 E+ b% h5 i% a7 P5 j! ~
pls tell me what should i do?

hmm....u sure that it dont have seed already...??
if really dont have ....u can play the file it but need other player to play...
