迅雷的下载速度

我用迅雷下载1G的戏。可是速度很慢。一直都没有超过20kbps的。
" u# `: C* g) [7 c" l但是我发现有一小段时间，下载速度突然飙升到>100kbps。只是维持数10分钟就恢复原本的下载速度了。
) I% E6 k2 Y* `6 R) m9 C有哪位高手可以告诉我为什么吗？？

从上2个星期开始速度慢到。。。要死！公仔箱論壇. I5 \# o, v/ L9 }6 t- Y. c  L" e8 A
两个星期前下载速度还好好的，平均40KB上下。但是现在不到3KB的！！！/ t4 s5 d& f3 o$ ?9 k

is streamyx block p2p ,i call aready ,he say is block because hong kong some campany compain..* n# r/ t# ~1 ?7 j. P) o3 [8 w& Z
