Responsibilities:

    *         To repair Computer, Server, Networking, Firewall, Printer & etc.
    *         To attend to customers’ complaints effectively and efficiently.
    *         To provide technical support including trouble-shooting, warranty assessment, etc
    *         To support customer service executive.
    *         To make recommendations on product improvement.


Requirements :

    * Computer Literate.
    *         Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    *         Willing to learn, motivation & goal achiever.
    *         Able to work effectively, independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
    *         Possess own transport.
    *         Preferably age 30 and below.
