Are they really the World's Ten Biggest Metropolitan Areas (cities)? If you tell me to pick a city from them to live, I will pick Tokyo Japan. I don't know why. I love Japan since I visit there years ago.

The parameters are based on size and population density, am I am sure HK is one of the most densily populated city, but in terms of size, HK is too small to be counted as a metropolis though.
# g# [. C, ?: t0 x5.39.217.77Big has nothing to do with the quality of life there either.  I think Vienna is still the most livable city.  I know of someone who goes there for 2-3 weeks every years, what a good choice.
