[Windows] c00002la unknown hard error

i got this error msg (c00002la unknown hard error) in a blue screen
how to fix this problem???.. I don't wanna erase my computer becoz I need a lot stuff inside.  I'm using XP Chinese version and I don't have the Windows CD with me.  What to do????  Please give me step by step instruction coz I'm not good in this kinda stuff.....

it tells me to go to command prompt.. but I can't even go into the system, how do I use the command prompt to run Dr. Watson????????  please help

Can you login to safe mode? press F8 to choose before loading windows, try it in safe mode!

it seems a virus problem, I got 3 pc which the same problem.

3 difference location...............

try to google but no help............

any one know about that.............

don't say a hardware problem or ms link.......

好消息....
第一部機我FIX左啦....(方法1)
第二部機......真係HD死左.....可能係個USER唔識......比佢REBOOT好多次....BOOT死左....
第三部機.....朋友今晚會試.......

方法如下(1).......英文睇唔明或唔明做乜......問下D電腦朋友啦...****隻USB手指重可以留起做救機天指.....入面好多有用SOFTWARE架******

method (1)
1. use a normal PC
follow the link instruction to format the usb
http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd-on-usb-disk

download the hiren bootcd 10.0 and extract the files & use winrar to open the iso file....
copy all the file to the usb
http://www.hirensbootcd.net/
copy 3 files from c:\windows\system32 & overwrite
userenv.dll & netapi32.dll lsasrv.dll (***maybe first file only need to copy ***, I just search on the internet that maybe others file is usable)

2. use the usb on the problem pc
use usb to boot (maybe need to modify the bios to boot usb 1st)
select the mini windows xp
copy 3 dll files to c:\windows\system32
rename c:\windows\system32\stpd.sys to stpd.bak
reboot
if reboot ok, del the stpd.bak

method (2)
*** just i think, it will works, not yet test ***
1. use windows xp setup disc to boot up the system
2. boot into the system recovery console
3. found out the userenv.dl_ & netapi32.dl_ & lsasrv.dl_
4. extract those file to c:\windows\system32
5. rename \system32\stpd.sys to stpd.bak
6. reboot system, if ok, del the stpd.bak
