How to burn DVD version of a movie onto a DVD so you can watch it on your TV

First you need to see if you have winavi and nero or some other program to burn. You have to use winavi to convert the chinese drama to DVD first then use nero to burn it onto a DVD.

So...I downloaded a chinese drama that was already in dvd version, and he said that you could play it on dvd players.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" P: o4 d; w: E+ a

The problem is that I dont know how to burn all the series onto a dvd because my burning software won't allow it. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。2 d2 H3 l. z$ X

what do i need to do next and which programs do i need to dl if any?
