[甜品] 椰汁炸鮮奶球

0 s3 w5 s' h) U椰漿1罐(400ml), 鮮奶145ml, 生粉3湯匙, 粟粉4湯匙, 糖165g, 清水1160ml,5 l1 T& R% V. U4 ~$ j& }5 Q; w

炸漿 : 炸粉1碗,加1/2碗清水及3湯匙油拌勻.  S* B  K9 |, `* e# [' J0 m" v6 k

' F+ t% X- z0 }) i1. 椰漿,鮮奶,生粉,粟粉置湯碗中,徹底拌勻.

5 v9 r+ M, z- Y2 G) k- v2. 水煲滾, 下糖煮溶. 將拌勻粉漿注糖水中, 以慢火不斷推煮成稠糊狀.5.39.217.772 ]% e. u& \7 t% y' D

) d/ M( A4 t* u8 K公仔箱論壇3. 倒出約1吋深平底碟內, 面掃平攤涼, 冷藏2-3小時至凝固後切小粒取出,切1 1/2吋 x 1吋方粒.

4. 燒滾1/2鑊油,鮮奶粒沾勻炸漿,放鑊中以慢火炸至微金黃色, 盛起即成.
