BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?( A% F5 h/ g! H8 N. z8 D L8 `+ d
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.4 H; r' V( c* B0 ^& C P# U
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇; [& S$ ]3 `- j% [
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ j: D x0 `% f6 O; K9 Z n
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.! Q( n- c5 d$ q& B: g% y5 `
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
# n6 z9 Q& Q2 x9 G6 c* Q3 z
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
