BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇/ O, d9 p! r$ x0 |; p
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% x& K8 \9 d& g# ?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 V" k1 Y4 z0 i8 h7 |- w7 l
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77! w+ {" I1 H7 V* t2 e
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb q) L; f% j, v' E2 R
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 e3 g! ]: ^* Q! F- t

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
