BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?公仔箱論壇. X6 g" D1 T& K* c* x
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.6 \8 k" M9 @. M, r/ r2 J9 M0 s
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。% e9 g3 d' ~' h8 B2 v( w5 |2 G

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77' A3 [/ T8 F' @6 o
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& W1 p# a7 v6 Z' J3 r4 G' G" _$ q
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.+ X$ o5 a8 w. C2 y4 b$ z# X0 n
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
