[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread5.39.217.772 m& N0 I& b' ]1 {
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps
3 N/ o8 o1 ]+ ]3 `. F
Method:
: l; c! l3 a! X$ ]
Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces5.39.217.77- A9 ]7 S/ w1 @4 I

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juicetvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* \( J" p: C; c4 }/ l
1/4 c. white wine$ w: t; W0 [1 Q3 s! v+ E$ ~* P
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)

Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
