[問題] Directly send resume's web in USA to find accounting jobs

I live in Oakland , I want to find accounting jobs in oakland , do anyone know any web which I can send resume to the employer more directly ? Just like "craiglist" , any other web too ? Would you mind to help me ? I have tried many agency for example of "CB" / "M" / "I H", all agencies received my resume then no feedback anymore.

Dear summei , I am so glad you give me 10 marks , thanks so much. You have an idea of monster, but this is also the agency 's website. when you send resume to them , they also only send advertisement to you and no reply from the employer. do you have any other idea ?? thanks so much for you.

Go to the company websites directly, look under career or job sections.
