The numbers in this series describe how the previous number is formed.

The first no. is 1tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! o' Q+ x8 ?; m8 g3 _8 U  e! O4 j
The  next one describe it: there is only one "1", therefore 11
The next one describe the "11" as there are two "1", therefore 21
The next one describe the "21" as there are one "2" and one "1", therefore 1211# T% Q+ D, b7 l" l! v/ H
The next one describe the "1211" as there are one "1", one "2" and two "1", so 1112211 \! }  F$ u! ~$ L& O( u, {- {8 ]
The next one describe this "111221" is three "1", two "2" and one "1" so the answer is:* E; w9 `$ j1 w# g. Q6 |2 }% }
312211
# M1 J; Z% }$ Z5 R
I give up on question two.

The right hand side number 1 can be represented by 3,1,2,9,7,5
The right hand side number 2 can be represented by 2,5,8,1,6,7,3,0tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! Q  Q8 |% f9 }( Z& z# {
The right hand side number 3 can be represented by 5,9,8,3公仔箱論壇  o) v; P5 S, V4 F6 h/ W) m7 S% c( Y) ]
The right hand side number 4 can be represented by 6+ F7 T% H1 r' c4 [$ T
Now the question is 8136, check the above list, 8,1,3,6 are grouped under 2. Therefore, the answer is 2

0 w  H8 g4 _( M2 l& r; \There are 3 holes in 8136, two from number 8 and one from number 6 so the answer is 3.
