代糖蛋糕

请文代糖可不可以做蛋糕,是怎做的thank?
我沒有做蛋糕的經驗(正確來說是從沒做過甜品).....,不過上次看電視時有講過代糖不適合用來造要高溫焗製的蛋糕,因為高溫會破壞代糖的化學成份,會令到有怪異的味道.少少資訊希望幫到你.
我之前有看过别的文章说用代糖做出来的蛋糕是苦的!

i strongly suggest no 'equals', the fake sugar. use real sugar. those kind of sugar brings u cancer.

but, those sugar cannot use for cooking. high heat may lead to poison and changes their stage.
